The location was Really good, a short walk from major attractions. The staff assisted with restaurant recommendations and airport transfers. Our room overlooked the gardens and remained quiet. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning proved good.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . They offered local recommendations that enhanced my experience. The garden provided a calm spot for relaxation after a busy day (it was great. I appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

The room lacked some soundproofing, and I could hear some noise from the hallway.

helpful staff beautiful breakfast

the location was fantastic, super close to everything i wanted to see!!! the staff was nice and helpful, they gave me awesome recommendations. the breakfast setup was beautiful, i felt right at home!

the location was acceptable it was close to the main attractions

the room i booked seemed much smaller in person the bathroom felt cramped i noticed a sewage smell that lingered i was not pleased

helpful staff delicious cocktails fantastic restaurants heated hallways warm room insect problem

The staff was good and helpful in every way. They made delicious cocktails with gorgeous nibbles at the bar. They also recommended fantastic restaurants to me. The hotel had a real Italian style, cozy and inviting.

The hallways were being heated, though it was not cold outside (i found it strange). My room became uncomfortably warm. I tried opening the window, but this resulted in insects entering the room.
