The staff was good and helpful in every way. They made delicious cocktails with gorgeous nibbles at the bar. They also recommended fantastic restaurants to me. The hotel had a real Italian style, cozy and inviting.

The hallways were being heated, though it was not cold outside (i found it strange). My room became uncomfortably warm. I tried opening the window, but this resulted in insects entering the room.
